Constructed using purpose made light alloy and rubber extrusions, This unique conversion as ultra low access to the rear, with a step in height on dry suspension of 480mm and 370mm on air suspension.
The bulkhead is finished with a 3 dimensional air flow management kit which is integrated in to the body work to maximise fuel efficiency and also create a storage area above the cab.
Single offside glass carrying rack equipped with 3 System 1 securing Poles, load lock track and pack stop, front and rear removable marker boards and folding carrying ledge with removable wheel arch panel.
Full length graphics panel for sign writing.
Inside is fitted with full length racks constructed from lightweight aluminium faced with felt and shelves to rear. Non-slip body deck floor drilled to locate 8 turn lock tie-on load securing poles. 4 Straps are also provided to use with the load lock slot which is fitted to the rear of both racks.
Incorporated in to the rear back frame is a slim line alloy slat shutter. There is also an additional rear door for access to a storage pocket for ladders or various other long items.
A safety angle indicator is fitted at the rear to determine the safe loading and unloading of materials.

Update your existing securing poles to System 2.
This unique system can replace the sliding rubber blocks just by removing 2 bolts.
The System 2 clamp is easily adjustable, using a scissor clamp action and 2 thumb screws to lock & unlock the clamp; we would recommend a minimum of 3 per pole.
To purchase this product we would need a serial number from your conversion.
